基本介绍
Workload插件针对每个用户或组要达到的deadlines，给出用户每日须完成issues的工作量，计算日程背后所须的issue任务所需的小时数，目前未指定小时数的issues不包括在内。所有这些计算要求issue必须指定开始日期、计划完成日期以及耗时等，否则对应产出的工作量将被忽略，不会计入工作量。
目前在redmine 4.2上测试通过。redmine 3.* 版本应该可以运行，但未实际测试。
