Redmine 客户关系管理插件有效管理你的联系人和交易信息，提供文件存储及任务跟踪，其它功能还包括创建和管理工作流程及销售机会，并提供强大的报表和过滤器。客户关系管理插件是一个轻量级的插件，但却有丰富的功能 - 设置工作流程、销售机会，并允许你使用图表和报表来控制流程。免于迷失在海量邮件中，可直接从Redmine系统中发送邮件，还可以为下一个联系日期设置提醒功能。得益于与其它插件的深度集成，你可以在客户关系管理插件和Redmine其它地方，查看到联系人名片上的所有相关信息。
联系人
使用客户关系管理插件，你可以查看目标联系人的任何信息，此外，你还可以看到从其它插件中带来的关联信息，例如联系人背景信息、问题追踪、订单记录、产品记录、单据、以及联系人可访问的项目等。另外，你还能为同一联系人在不同项目中设定访问权限。
备注
为了保证清晰的沟通，你可以添加备注和文件到联系人中，包括文件、合同草案、销售文件、协议，演示文稿或任何其它的相关信息，你还可以为特定联系人类型添加信息和标签（电话，电子邮件，会议等）。
交易信息
专业版可帮你管理交易信息。通过设定交易成功的可能性，你可以预测你的收入。插件提供多种方法以跟踪交易和相关状态，让你可以轻松地修改、跟踪和编辑交易，你还可以设置交易状态，以便在每个阶段设置销售机会和跟踪收入。
查看相关问题
在联系人名片上，你可以看到分配给某人的所有相关问题，此功能可以帮助你在联系客户之前，能立即查看相关的通讯记录和单据状态。
发送电子邮件
现在你可以直接从Redmine发送电子邮件，不仅仅是纯文字信息，你还可以添加附件或相关问题、备注等，并添加相关人员到邮件抄送列表中，另外，你可以使用电子邮件箱轻松转发任何回复，并存储至相关问题中。

@Chang Uart 4.3.5主要是为兼容redmine5，可能这个版本不稳定。临时先切回原来的版本
升级到4.3.5会出问题.
改回4.3.4就又一切正常.
