Redmine Helpdesk

又一款轻量级的Redmine服务台插件。支持接收邮件创建工单，并通过自定义字段（owner-email）记录来自（客户）匿名邮件的邮件发件地址，通过增加一个发送至客户的复选框，实现Issue或Ticket的快速回复。
